Brilliant. Fast service, keen price. Took a broken unit over to the factory, had it measured and a price for the replacement glass within 20 minutes, picked up the new unit the next day. Fantastic quality too.

This company has appalling customer service. There was a mix up with dates that the company took no responsibility for even after I said on several calls that I wanted to make a complaint. The work was finally completed a month after the window was vroken. The day after the work got done I tried to speak to someone and got bounced around for 15 min till my break was up. I spent my lunch the next day to be transferred 4 times to make a complaint where I was all but acused of money grabbing and then told I would hear back the next week after they had spoken to the woman who booked. I got a collection call before the complaint was addressed and when it finally was I subtlety told it was my error even though the date and day of the week did not match. I was at one point asked for no reason if I wanted to speak to a man. In tears I finally paid the bill but I will not be recommending this company or using them again.Further call recieved to say that the person I made the payment to did not in fact take the payment but wrote down my details and gave them to someone else. Who binned tham and needs the details again!
