I absolutely LOVE my Engwe L20 e-bike!!!! Fantastic business, excellent communication even during the very busy Black Friday sale and Engwe selling out of stock of the bike I wanted in the whole of the UK, these guys found one for me in Ireland and got it shipped over - absolutely brilliant customer service, unbelievably good prices, kept every promise and went the extra mile. Can’t recommend ESE-Bike highly enough! Very trustworthy company that operates with excellence. And did I mention how awesome my bike is?! LOVE it!!!

This bike shop is at the top and has some good bikes, I was interested in one in particular and bought it.They set it up for me the same day for only £50 and with the £120 insurance I have a one-year warranty in case anything happens, part of the bicycle is damaged and they replace the part with a new one, the atmosphere is very homely.Good service.
