Enquired at lunchtime, socket problem resolved by 6pm and couldn’t recommend enough. Clean efficient and a safe job carried out. Fillyphe was an absolute star to deal with on site and Stephany sorted out all admin including working around us WFH. If there was a sixth star, I’d use it!

I needed air conditioning installed urgently due to the very hot weather in June. Empower sent Fillyphe, who came on early Saturday morning. He did the prep work for the a/c engineer AND worked with latter to ensure that the installation would be effective. I was impressed with Fillyphe's dedication and technical competence. Very very reliable company. I have their number saved in my contacts list!
