If there is an option to give 0 stars, I would've definitely chosen that one. Their service is really poor. I recently signed up for RAC and booked a free health check. It was rescheduled thrice due to mechanic shortage which i can accept and was fine with it. After three weeks, I was finally booked in for yesterday at 4 PM. I had to wait for nearly an hour to get a mechanic check my vehicle. Mine is old prius 2006 model and during the checks Car battery suddenly went dead and it took some time to figure it out but the garage Manager (very arrogant and rude) was rushing to close the garage as he was supposed to go somewhere else. They made me to wait for an hour and was literally pushed out of the garage. The boot was open and battery wasn't even closed but the manager locked garage and drew away. Had to ask mechanic to close it down once we came out of the garage. Added to this, i had to made multiple follow ups to get the health check report sent over. I agree businesses might be busy but their customer service is really really poor exception the guys working at the reception desk. I would definitely not recommend anyone going to this garage for even a health check let alone repairs or MOT.

Gave in my Mercedes for MOT and service. It’s my 2nd time using them very happy with service video showing how they are getting on was great will definitely be returning. Easy and quick service! I did book few days ago online for the next day however I got a call early the next day stating they were fully booked. They just needed a better online service however still went there the day after!Great job guys! Keep it up!

Excellent work carried out by the mechanics, I have 3 vehicles that I bring regularly to the garage, all work carried out to a very high standard it is also logged onto the main dealer system. Price is much cheaper than other authorised dealers that I have compared to.I also had an engine light showing on my Mercedes GLC, as part of the service Raj fixed this at no extra charge. Keep up the good work and high standard at VSC

I don’t usually leave reviews, but out of a 100 garages I’ve been to, this was the worst. They quoted me £199 for a regular service, then upon arrival they said £225 to my partner who’s a female due to “bmw oil being expensive” thinking they can scam her. Then they agreed back to their original price of £199 after confronting them. Then whilst carrying out the service, they told my partner she had to pay an additional £60 for brake fluid change or they can’t reset the service light which is a staggering price, not negotiated beforehand & has nothing to do with the service light. After everything, they lied about the horn working and upon checking, it was still faulty. All the positive reviews are their own people going for small £40 MOT’s which any garage can do. Also don’t deal with Raj, avoid this place at all costs.

Booked the car in for an aircon fault diagnosis on Sept 7th and left my car with them at 8am. By 10.09 they sent me a video saying that I needed a new condensor and sensor switch, fair enough. By 13.00 I still had not had a call from them to collect the car so I decided to make my own way there. When I arrived my car was parked outside with grease marks all over the bonnet and front bumper, they had not even bothered to wipe it down. There was also grease finger marks on the base of my passenger seat. When I asked why I hadn't had a phone call to collect the car Raj said that he was busy and that he had to pop out. When I pointed out there were other members of staff and a receptionist who could of phoned me he just put his head down and went silent. The mechanic also scratched up and damaged one of my alloy wheels on the rear ( I had recently had all four professionally reconditioned just a few weeks previously ) when he was apparently checking the brakes. He had obviously gone to town removing the plastic cap covers with a screwdriver! Why the hell they removed my rear wheel to check the brakes when i took the car in for an air con issue i will never know. They said I needed new rear discs and pads but after a second opinion it was just my pads that were getting slightly low, the discs were fine. All this and I paid £93.00 for the privilege. An awful and extremely shabby service from a very poor company. I will never use VSC again, they were a complete joke. The quote I received was ridiculously over priced too, £706.00 for a new condensor and sensor switch, supply and fit!! Finally, one month lateri was refunded for the cost of getting the alloy wheel refurbed on Oct 6th after a complete headache of phone calls and emails!AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

VSC and Raj will be forever in my nightmares as the worst car service I have ever experienced in 20 years of driving and Raj 'looks so honest' not a cunning 'salesman'. I took my car to VSC for the first time recently via online booking with huge booking problems so went there to chat as I was concerned with a fault light affecting the MOT. However, Raj said “that’s minor, no problem for the MOT”. I said great, so no need for the Diagnostic test then? He agreed but went ahead anyway & charged me £78 and his technician made the problem worse with the test I did not need. They also did a battery test although no issues with my battery but they said I needed to change it after repeated tests; I said, “If I do, I can purchase one myself” but Raj claimed he thought I had agreed and charged me £130 for 'his' Varta battery and took out my Sat Nav & Radio with it. I have always purchased my own batteries from Halfords or similar and fitted them no problem, he treated me like I was stupid. I was to learn at my cost that this was an 'upselling scam' giving advice on extras and when declining, fitting or using 'their' expensive products anyway. Including the Diagnostic test £78, my quote for Service & MOT was £295 but on collection Raj with a smirk requested over £750! I paid under protest just to get my car back but hoped it was because they had fixed the electrical issue but they had not done the main task requested but made it worse. I have made a serious complaint and requested to get part payment returned. To think the actual parts replaced were only the Wiper blades and a Brake pedal switch with unrequested parts/fluids and a doggy battery! Even so, how can any Service and MOT cost £750+! My car has only 6,000miles since new (a Dacia not Merc) and less than 1,000 miles since last MOT. They now seem to be ignoring my complaint & time wasting as they cannot tell me how old the battery is (see photo), without checking with the manufacturer although they purchased it! A classic case for the BBC 'Rip off Britain' series (with the cost of living issues) and I have been advised to take this to the small claims court. I see others have been treated badly too and this MUST STOP so please get in touch with your stories for possible joint claims: Rozzleonardo on Google; Thank you for your support. Great, I have my car serviced months again with you Great Garage Great People. See you all next year. and MOT, it’s a great company. I will be back next year to have my car serviced and MOT again. I’ve been using this company for years now I highly recommend it very friendly and helpful people

Booked my car into VSC for a full service (first time user)! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. As well as conducting the service, they recommended a number of additional issues which would benefit from being resolved. I decided to get them to fix one of the issues, and leave the others for another time, which they seemed happy to do. Overall, I was impressed with VSC in Hounslow, and will definitely use them again. Plus, they are right by Hounslow BR station, which made them super-convenient for dropping off, and collecting, you car.
