Surprisingly it was quite a nice place to eat. I haven't eaten out there before but it was very pleasant that day. Cheap breakfasts and other foods. Service was not too polite, just right.

Stopped by as I wanted a quick snack. Ordered double egg, double sausage and beans. The service was quick especially as it was around lunchtime. Prices were reasonable too.

The manager of the cafe, a stupid idiot who does not know how to communicate with the staff of the cafe. I feel sorry for the people who work here. I have never seen such a humiliating situation in any cafe in Taunton. I know what I'm saying, I've been here several times and witnessed the manager behaving obnoxiously, raising his voice at the staff. He is not a man, degrades women and breaks all the rules. Now I understand why the staff of this cafe is constantly changing.

Was in the town for the Christmas light turn on show and I am 9 months pregnant and needing to use a loo rather urgently. I saw they were putting chairs in from the front and I asked the girl waitress if I could quickly use the loo I was very apologetic as I could see they were closing she was very lovely and agreed I could and said to be very careful as the floor was damp. I very almost made it to the toilet when what appeared to be the chef shouted get out go on get out I explained that I needed to use the loo and I was told I could by the lady however he kept shouting get out. I was very embarrassed and then what appeared to be the owner came out and said I need to get out his shop I explained I was very heavily pregnant and I just wanted to use the loo and he said nope get out were closed you need to get out and then told of the poor waitress for being so kind in the first place to let me in. I was very disappointed and embarrassed not only of the way they treated a heavily pregnant person but also there lack of humanity and kindness. Due to this awful experience I will definitely not ever go there for food or drinks and will also never reccomend them. In a world that can be so difficult surely we should try to be kind to others and help people. Really disappointed.

Great service, but for the price I'd expect better sausages than the cheapest council-issue ones. Can't fault the cooking though.Also there was an ant on my table.

the staff were really kind and so helpful looking at the vast menu, very impressed with the manners and all very beautiful. the food was great, so delicious and very big portions for the price. the drinks especially were phenomenal!
