The frame and door had come out of true as the new build garage settled. John came out and fixed it quickly, without fuss and at a very competitive price. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

I spoke with John and he kindly agreed to come out at the weekend to sort it out.John adjusted the track and spring and the door now works perfectly.Very professional and pleasant service. Yesterday John repaired a garage door for me. He replaced the complete mechanism. I was charged £300 which was amazing as I had previously been told it was not repairable.dealt with John remotely as I am in Norwich. He was a Star! He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it, no fuss, no drama. He was so helpful, kind and considerate and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending him.I wish there were more tradespeople like John out there!

My garage door broke last night and in force closing it we made it worse. Having already had a local Newark company who said it wasn’t repairable and would be £880 for a new door......owooch......I rang John from Courtney Garage Repairs and he was with me within 2 hours. Our garage is very full and there was not much room to work in but John persevered and mended the door within an hour for £60. New bolts where the rivets had popped, straightened a very bent bracket and greased all working parts....the door has never worked so smoothly in 22 yrs that we have lived here and it is probably 48 yrs old !Thanks so much John and I will recommend you locally. Also John’s quote for a new door, frame and all fitting when we need it was £600!
