Buying from Sussex Beds online, and the delivery service was convenient, however the products I've had are mediocre at best. I think you could find a better product for the money if you're prepared to put some effort into visiting other suppliers.

Great bed and mattress for a start, great customer service. Easy to get hold of, great customer support on the phone. Access to advice and support in the shop as well as being able to order online. It is also great to be able to make a (in my view) large purchase like this from a friendly family run business rather than a chain/online retailer. Would thoroughly recommend!

I visited the Hailsham branch and was attended to by Luke. Luke proved to be an excellent representative for Sussex Beds. He was helpful, knowledgeable about the products and very patient.I would recommend Sussex Beds at Hailsham for the excellent customer care.

Very friendly customer service. Family run business that cares about you and your sleep! I received excellent, friendly advice while looking for what I wanted. Their store enabled me to test out the mattress and feel the quality. The support then carried on throughout delivery where the bed and mattress was delivered and taken right into the bedroom. The delivery team were kind and helpful. I won't hesitate going back next time I need a bed and highly recommended them to anyone else.
