More concerned about being paid and less concerned about doing the job.Never answers any of the queries, you have to constantly keep following up and still there is no response on the query itself. HMLR had reached out to them over a month ago and they never mentioned anything to me. When I called HMLR they explained that they had reached out to the solicitor a month ago and are still awaiting a response! I had to email and follow up to get a response. Also I asked for a formal complaints procedure to raise an internal complaint however I haven’t received a response! Worst company to deal with ever.
