Used an orange stick without softening the cuticles first.Used the trimmers on my cuticles and made them bleed.Used an electric nail drill on my natural nail as opposed to removing nail old polish or shaping.Now half of my nails are broken across the bed and are really uncomfortable.

I suggest not to get eyes brows done from this place ..Lady was in a hurry and she spoiled the shape of an eyebrow, i had big day next day and she completely ruined it..she wasn’t even sorry about that..

Had my eyebrows done today Thursday 6th Oct by a lovely lady. First time eyebrows being thredded and she was fab, professional and made me feel at ease! Thanks

I went to get my brows waxed . And the lady asked if I didn’t mind to thread it after to get the rest out . I’ve never done threading before but after this result ? Never again . At least in this place.

Yesterday, I had an eyebrow wax done at BROW (Swindon outlet). I can assure you this wasn’t a brow wax, it was in fact a butchery. My skin has been ripped off, my eye is sore and swollen and there are also chunks of eyebrow missing.I tried to challenge this on the day but was told that very good wax was used and that the redness would “go away with the cream” the cream just burnt. I paid for the butchery, because I wasn’t getting anywhere with the lack of communication and understanding.Awful experience. Stay away

went to get my eyebrows tinted, told the lady exactly what i wanted and said i wanted them very light as i have blonde hair. completely ignored my request and left the tint on for 10 minutes making them almost black.

Horrible experience, I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted yesterday, I asked for dark brown but they are black and very asymmetrical. It's going to take me a long time to fix this, I wish I read the reviews before going there.

I never wrote a bad review before but unfortunately this time I have to.the person did not pay attention to detail ,did not care what I was asking for and did not do a good job. after doing the client before she did not bother to clean hands as well.not going to visit again

I would think twice about heading here as it seems to be run a little chaotically. I went for a lash lift and tint which was performed by a trainee which is totally fine if I had been given a heads up beforehand. I wasn't and had to ask to confirm this. This meant that the process was a lot more time consuming than it should have been (and still full price) and frustratingly the lift procedure didn't work at all. Not even a little so maybe the incorrect product was applied twice I'm not sure. The owner agreed it hadn't worked and it was arranged that I come back for a lift today and frustratingly again it was not possible as the owner (Nina?) was not in and I would just be with the trainee which I was concerned about so didn't have it done. No one called to let me know this so now I've wasted even more time. I feel sorry for the trainee having to work like this and if having a treatment here I would double check how much practice they have had. I wanted to support a local business but feel like it's not worth attempting here again as they are more catered for the clients who pop in spontaneously when visiting the outlet as the don't seem to care about repeat customers.
