Won't cut my boys hair never asked how old he was just told due to insurance purposes can't cut his hair didn't realise you had to be a certain age to have a god darn haircut will never set foot in there again waste of time and left out of pocket too as had to pay for car parking too will never recommend to anyone no signage to state age in shop or website so my son is now being discriminated

I took my grandson for a haircut got booked in with Ryan my grandson had longish hair now it is so short sticking up crooked and it’s not been blended in at the back not what I asked for he has a double crown now can’t do anything with his hair looks like a porcupine the fringe well it is that short really not happy Ryan did not even wet the hair

Sorry but no walk ins...By appointment only... but after several attempts during the day no-one picks up or replies to Facebook message... in the end went to Victor's in Halesworth. They were very good... one call... one appointment made for that afternoon...Good cut.. so try Victor's if cannot get through to Nicks....Nicks reply seems to imply that anybody leaving a negative review is a bullet to be dodged... maybe it was I that dodged the bullet.... if you cannot get to first base by answering a phone then says something about your operations.... and lack of business and customer care accumen... if your busy then leave a answer phone message detailing your next availability... not only that went to your premises to make an appointment and you was closed.... no explanation on the door...So that means for my part i have gone out of my way to make contact whilst on your side you've made that process very difficultIf your only method of contact is phone and it remains unanswered through out the day then obviously that's not very good.... However it's a true testament to your attitude... just how quickly you answer a negative review .. what a shame you dont pick up the phone that quickly... Nice.

Fantastic barber and great bloke. Nik has been cutting my hair for over 27 years. Always guaranteed to make me laugh as well.

First time visit here as recently moved to the area. Had a cut from Ryan who was a really nice guy and did an amazing job. Also recommended a few places locally to visit. Definitely recommend!

Visited for the first time yesterday. Friendly, efficient and great haircut, courtesy of Ryan! The business follows brilliant Covid-safe procedures, appointment was punctual, straight into the chair! Fantastic barbershop, highly recommended.
