Turned up. Fast and friendly did a good job

Just had one of your vans tailgate us and then overtake dangerously in Greenfield coming along the road from Holywell doing 20 mph. My son was driving with L plates on and he still got very close with his headlights on. Very intimdating and unnecessary! Not to mention illegal as he drove off at least 35 mph on a blind bend.... if youre plumbing is as bad as your driving then god save us!!

Can't say enough good things about ken and his son, I have a very old difficult house. Ken was friendly and very professional he did an excellent job and was clear about quotes and timeframes. Great value for money. Will always use for all plumbing needs going forward.

Extremely disappointed with the service we received. When Ken originally came around to price up a repiping and bathroom fitting job he promised to beat the prices we’d been given by other companies. He gave us a price for the first half of the job which we agreed. We’d informed ken of when certain parts of the job needed to be finished so we could have other workers in. He delayed this several times causing us a lot of issues with the tiling company.We asked him to do 2 additional jobs (fit thermostat and hose to outside of house), these two parts of the job more than doubled the first price he’d given us. We rang other companies to confirm what they’d charge as we weren’t 100% if his prices were the norm and he was 3 times the price of it others. When we asked him for a breakdown of his pricing he got very defensive and rude, which was very unnecessary for what we’d asked. He then went to go get his tools to finish off the original part of the job, whilst doing this he was very angry and agitated. We didn’t want him to complete the job as we felt it would not be done correctly due to his attitude with us. We then had to pay him more than his original fee for an unfinished job and so he would leave our property. It was clear he was trying to take advantage of a young couple while we were moving into our first home.Would not recommend.

Took ages to do minimal work. Left a leak and poorly fitted bath pipes. Had to get another plumber to fix the work Ken had done. Thankfully we found the leak before it went too far or there would have been extensive damage. Overpriced. Terrible service.

Originally contacted Ken Davies as noted his contact details in the Mold Connection, he visited our home on two occasions, as we had issues with water supply and we needed the bath resealing. He was totally professional and would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Flintshire area
