Having ordered a new Seat from here I knew I couldn’t sign off on the car without singing Gareth Williams praises. From the very start of enquiring to placing the order and then securing the vehicle he has been perfect. Everything was as easy as could be and never difficult. He was more than accommodating both times we came into the showroom and is a genuinely an all round nice guy. Thank you again for all your help!

So went in today for the cupra Ateca, met Gareth Williams, he helped me out a lot. Honestly when we first saw him the first thing I said was wow what a lovey guy. He gave me a list of options and he gave me genuine advice. You can tell when someone does their job and when someone loves their job. Highly recommend! Too guy.

I had excellent service when buying my car last week. Special thanks to Gareth who was amazing and so helpful. He ensured he gave us the best experience possible when visiting and viewing my now new car. Upon entering the dealer I was instantly met with a warm welcome, and Gareth who had a welcoming smile on his face. I can honestly say his impeccable customer service and his patience sold me that car. Would highly recommend this car dealership!!

Overall very poor buying experience this time, which is a shame because we have purchased several vehicles from this dealership without issue in the past when it was VW. Salesperson in regular contact before the sale was closed but then was very difficult about promised delivery of vehicle. Had to complain to the sales manager to get delivery arranged and now he is late because of a 'meeting'. This seems to be a new consistent issue looking at other reviews. I would suggest delivery/handover is agreed while taking payment and this agreement is met by staff. This is not difficult to get right and needs attention.
