It's not easy taking the plunge into a new and different work environment. I've found it a bit of a minefield, in the past, with unfulfilled promises and false information about wages, shift patterns and other hidden gems that are sprung on you at the interview or, worse, when you actually start working for them. Madoc recruitment are straight talking and endeavour to make sure there's no nasty surprises that could crop up further down the line. I had my reservations about the position they found for me and after that period of settling in I'm realising that I'm a good fit here and despite this being a very different discipline I think that with each day I'm gaining and learning. I'm contacted regularly to make sure all is going well and that kind of reassurance is a great help, especially in the early days and weeks. So, I'm on a bigger salary, I get benefits like sick pay and attendance bonus. I'm hoping that this is my last move. I'm giving Madoc Recruitment 5 of these bad boys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
