Worst salon ive ever been to. Could have blow dryed my hair better myself. Was so upset when i came out with the results. Was taken straight to the sink before asked how i wanted it cut and styled. Paying £40 for a wash cut and blowdry should feel like a treat not an uncomfortable expierence.woukd not recomend

I am very happy with my hair today. I got a full head of blonde high lights. Done by Alice. She's a lovely girl. She's done a brilliant job. Thank you very much. The young girl whose an apprentice was also really nice and done a great job with removing the foils, washing and toning my hair and a nice tea and biscuits.Will definitely be going again. X

Bought my daughter in for her hair cut today and Hannah cut her hair perfectly. A nice atmosphere in there lots of smiling workers. Will come again.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I have just had a really bad haircut. Not a good experience.

Have had a pretty terrible colouring job at the hair bar. Went in asking to return to my natural ashy blonde from previously dyed platinum blonde. There was a lot of root for the colourist to match, but unfortunately I walked out of the salon a very dark brunette. I was reassured the colour would fade, but the colour after one wash has come out in patches. There are patches of light blonde with dark dark brown all over the hai, it looks like a home job in all honesty. Not only this, but the colour has also stained my mother’s bed linen after coming in contact with the hair. I have been denied my money back because I willingly paid for this service"

Have had my hair cut here a few times by Fay and she's excellent, listened to what I asked for and did exactly that - recommend her highly!There was one occasion where Fay wasn't available but they had a substitute barber. I can honestly say it was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had - uneven, choppy and didn't sit flat properly. Ultimately I came out with a mullet which wasn't what I went in for.If you need a barber and can get an appointment with Fay then great, anyone else, I'd probably avoid. Unless you wish to channel your inner Hulk Hogan.
