Martin and Sheila are genuinely lovely people. We have been customers of theirs for many years and would go nowhere else to buy a quality used car.The cars are prepared beautifully and their customer service is second to none.

Bought a beautiful car, all the team were very friendly and helpful. Had a small issue with radio and bluetooth but nothing was too much trouble, took it back in and all sorted within a couple of hours. Can't fault the service or staff in any way. Will definitely return to Fishponds Autos when I change cars again.

Bought my first car from them almost a month ago, very pleased with it. Compared with other garages I wasn't pushed or rushed to buy, all my questions and requests were answered and dealtprofessionally.I was looking for a good first car for couple of months, had a lot of travelling around, went to Bristol to see few garages none of the had anything interesting for a low budget but Fishponds had the ideal first car for me.

Bought a car from FA back in August. Nice little clio for £750.Very friendly service and accommodating.I’ve waited until now to write this review to see how the car would go as it’s always a gamble with cheaper cars.I’ve so far had to get a bit of work done in the car, and failed it’s mot on the brakes - however I do understand that it is hard to know whether a car will pass or fail mot on brakes when you sell itSo overall a good service and I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to buy a decent used car. However given the amount I’ve had a spend on fixing this car since I’ve bought it I can’t give 5*.

Honestly haven't had an experience this good from a used car garage before. Absolutely zero pressure to buy and prices are fair to begin with and open to reasonable negotiation.Car was described honestly, (minor) warts and all so no nasty surprises on arrival. Turnaround from reservation to collection was lightning fast. Very friendly service.Hand-on-heart recommendation without hesitation.

Faultless customer service. Martin and his team made (what was a very stressful situation for me) the whole experience easy, quick and reassuring. I'm delighted with the deal, but most of all with my new car which is exactly what I needed.

Picked up my new car today and can't rate Fishponds Autos highly enough. There is no hard sale, just pleasant conversion and discussion about the car. All staff we spoke to were very helpful and went out of their way for us. They answered all questions and, being in the industry myself, knew the car was priced at a very good level, and I was happy to pay the full asking price, especially as the car had a couple of small dents which Martin was happy to sort out. Very pleased with car, and service.
