Sarah was an absolute diamond. Looked after us the second we got in, got me and my pal sorted for our missus’ back home. Politely declined a tip for her service due to company policy.A stand up woman.Diamonds were great too.

Absolutely fantastic service, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and purchase from here again. We had an issue with a bracelet and it was resolved quickly and efficiently and the way the issue was dealt with showed us that customer satisfaction and service is their first priority

Visited the store today and received excellent service from an asian gentleman but I failed to catch his name. He was inviting, friendly and an absolute delight. I wasn't expecting to make a purchase but eventually did thanks to his input and advice, this man deserves a raise.
