Staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge itself badly needs a refresh as some of the seats were worn through. Limited food options.

Brand new lounge, layout is quite good. Food options are limited but I hope they will improve it soon. The best thing is they have two office cabins that you can use for quite business meeting or call.

Our experience here was one of the best ones, the staff in this lounge do really go out of the way to provide you with exceptional customer service. Very clean lounge, a great selection of food and beverages. Though I must be very honest, the omelette for breakfast is to die for. I’m still craving it while I’m writing this review. Though there is one tiny bit that they can improve on which is the the disabled toilet which needs more space as to where it’s located as there is a very small turning circle. Other than that this little bit of an adjustment that is needed, other aspects take huge positive contributing factors over this small part of the problem.

Really good comfortable lounge area to relax in away from the hustle bustle of the airport, plenty of snacks and variety was good. Drinks were plentiful and choice was excellent. Really enjoyed relaxing in the lounge before our flight. Staff were pleasant and friendly clearing tables quickly so there was always a choice of where to sit.

The lounge is nice enough, the staff are super friendly and efficient. Unfortunately as vegans, all we were offered was a vegan cheese sandwich (other than cereal of course). No pastries. It would be great if they could offer some vegan hot food...some sausages and bacon would have been great and they are now widely available as are vegan pastries. Would be excellent even if it was just a trial to determine demand.

The lounge is good overall. Busy when I was there on a Monday, but I was able to find a seat without an issue.Food options are good but limited. Drinks were fine. The bathroom was clean.Point of frustration was the closing time... 8pm! The lounge was still packed. People waiting for evening flights. My flight that evening did not even board until well after 9pm. BA Lounges should consider the consistent schedule of flights, as well as the consistent delay patterns of flights, to establish opening/ closing hours.

Incredibly busy. So busy that we had to go to another lounge! Food selection is ok but by no mean amazing. Drink selection is slightly better. No luxury vibes whatsoever.
