Very nice friendly driver. Arrived on time. Couldn't be happier.

So here we have a company who on the phone I was told £110 for a taxi from Liverpool airport but the customers were charged £130, eventually the manager who was more concerned in telling me we don't have fixed prices and I wouldn't of been told £110, which I am now a liar, I now know why they wouldn't take payment over the phone and ask the customer to pay the driver. The extra was the car park at £5.00 to get out, (surely you add that to the quote as you can't avoid it at any airport) and the £15.00 was for a 3 mile added on to the journey, weird as it was the exact same journey I had done when dropped them off on the Friday!! Good old Liverpool taxi firm giving the trade a bad name, well done for giving your city credibility.

The call handler was helpful and friendly. She took my booking request for a pre book taxi. The taxi was on time and called me to say it had arrived. The driver was very friendly and chatty. He had good knowledge of the city and asked what way I would like to to go to my destination.

Thank you for being on time for taking me to my appointment but it had been cancelled yesterday due to the consultants strike action obviously it had not been passed through to yourselves from head office so I can only assume that they did not pass the message on So I can only apologise for the inconvenience for yourselves. I did cancel and it was confirmed that they would rearrange when my new appointment came through.

Booked a taxi yesterday from Whiston health centre to home. Great service but managed to leave my umbrella in the cab. Didn't realise immediately so phoned the office next day, lovely lady said it wasn't there but she would check with the driver. Phoned me back about 20 minutes later to say the driver had it and within 5 minutes he delivered it to my door. Thanks to them both for their great help. Would use again and happy to recommend them.

Excellent service. Friendly lady took the booking and gave an estimate of the cost, driver arrived bang on time, loaded (and unloaded) our luggage, and was very cheerful and chatty during the journey. I've used Britannia before and will use them again. And I'm more than happy to recommend them.

Loved the ride absolutely amazing, i had to re-order a second taxi though because the first one didn’t even come (which was absolutely amazing) only 1 slight issue with my ride was that he drove off with me half out of the car!! Apart from that excellent ride!
