Fontessa House
Two years in, and I couldn't be happier with this accommodation. The staff is so friendly and always helpful. The location is super convenient for campus and facilities, and my studio has been consistently clean and comfortable space. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation with friendly staff. Eva in particular has been very helpful, any questions go see her at reception. Repairs/maintenance quickly taken care of and easy to arrange (just had to fill out a form)Would recommended, some slight issues with the website to begin with but other than that great place to live whilst studying.

Amazing accommodation! Really friendly staff - Eva and Neil are always happy to help and are always up for a chat! If you’re looking for a good sized room at a great price, that’s walking distance from the city centre and the university, I’d highly recommend Fontessa House!

Highly recommend this accommodation. I had a great experience so far :) The studio is spacious and facilitated with great furniture. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If any maintenance problems, staff are quick to fix it. The location is great and very close to uni (7 min walk).

I have been at fontessa house for the majority of my 3 year course at Chester, and I couldn’t recommend it more, it has everything you need plus a ideal accommodation location as well as amazing staff like Eva and the caretaker Neil who will fix any problem you have.

Fontessa house is an amazing accommodation in a great location, with such friendly and helpful staff. Eva and Neil are amazing, always so lovely to chat to and help fix any issues so quick. This accommodation is so homely, with everything you need, and the incredible staff is just the cherry on top❤️

My recent stay at Fontessa House was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the incredible service provided by Eva, the welcoming receptionist, and Neil, the meticulous constructor.From the moment I arrived, Eva's warm and accommodating nature made check-in effortless. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to assist with any inquiries greatly enriched my stay. Meanwhile, Neil's dedication to maintaining the property was evident in every detail. The impeccable upkeep ensured a comfortable and pristine environment at Fontessa House.Eva's exceptional hospitality and Neil's commitment to maintaining the property exceeded my expectations.
