Fabulous service from the Down to Earth team. Initially they helped us out when we had an electrical outage when we had just moved into our new home and on another occasion turned up within hours when we had an issue with our very old smoke detectors. Their excellent responsive service led to us asking them to carry out all the electrical upgrades in terms of lighting and sockets in our home. A professional service carried out by a polite and knowledgable team. Would definitely recommend

Really delighted with the work Rob carried out. He was really efficient, tidy , friendly and helpful. He also kindly sorted out our bathroom lights even though it was an unexpected job I asked him to look at after the cooker hob and bathroom heater had been fitted. I will definitely be using him again in the future and have already recommended him to family. It is such a relief to find such a professional and reliable electrician. Five stars!

We phoned last week and today Rob and another electrician came and did a bunch of jobs for us (installing 2 x outdoor lights, 1 x indoor, replacing outlet etc). They were friendly, cheerful, efficient and professional. Real value for money will definitely use again!

Seriously couldn't ask for better service. Called for help and advise (after a Google search!) for elderly parents in cornwall (100 miles approx from us) Rob was there that same afternoon on a Saturday reassuring them and fixing the problem.
