Fantastic! We had three people come to give us a quote to convert our damp and smelly basement. Nigel was easily the most impressive: friendly, knowledgeable and straight-talking. He also happened to be the cheapest.Communication was genial, clear and prompt. I leaned on Nigel when we had problems with Yorkshire Water and he was both helpful and patient. Every other contractor arranged through Nigel - plumbers, electricians etc - were top quality and professional.Most importantly, we now have a room we can use, finished to a really high standard. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed.

After receiving a few quotes, Nigel seemed by far the most competent and knowledgeable about our queries and was at a reasonable price point especially considering the scale of the job. All this proved true once he started the job. Great project managing to ensure all the other trades required for the conversion complete their jobs and only works with other high standard workmen. Nigel even rang us while on his annual leave to check on their progress which shows his character and commitment to his customers. It was a long process, but that can be seen through the quality of the work done. We couldn't be happier with our basement now and confident that our damp problem is under control. Our dog is very sad to see him leave!

Nigel was recommended by another professional. As soon as spoke with him I had the impression that he is very experienced in damp issues and basements. He was very patient from start to finish. I completely relied on expertise. This drains became an issue so he made sure that was sorted. He was not in a hurry to finish. His attention to detail is superb. From plumber to electrician and decorator he used were good tradesmen. He does not come cheap but you will have a professional service. And very tidy!

Nigel knows what he's doing. The whole job was capably done and I now have a whole new useable room in my house. As I was on a tight budget, Nigel did as much as he could to help me keep costs down. He even sourced the insulation and plasterboard for me after the job was finished, as I put these in myself. Professional, easy to work with, communicative, and helpful. And the job was done RIGHT.
