This company has recently started to send me emails on a daily basis, and now a letter today demanding money from Water Plus, saying their client has instructed them and they'll settle for a lesser amount. I have responded to each email, and will respond to the letter too but the message about WE ARE NOT A CUSTOMER OF WATER PLUS" doesn't seem to be getting through to anyone so I felt I would try here in the hope that someone would see it."

Keep receiving spam calls told them they have the wrong number continue to call, leaving voicemails. Spammers and scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Would give zero star rating if possible. Nothing but a headache, staff are rude and do not speak to each other. Harassment calls everyday all day, emails sent from different people asking for different things. Communication preferences ignored and just general bad management from Oriel on how they go about their business.

This company use threatening behaviour and bullying tactics to push people to the edge. They are almost impossible to reach by phone or email if you try and contact them, despite bombarding clients daily during work hours.

Awful intimidating and literally lying about things. I asked them to prove to me I owe money and they said BT had given them the bill but are they are not allowed to show me it. Threatening emails and lies in emails and also says my complaint will not be logged because im a liar. Disgusting

Just simply a dreadful company. They demand money (in my case it was not warranted). They do not listen to any response or investigate what is being said to them. I hold this company in utter contempt. They are simply disgraceful.

In life it is good to challenge your own opinions to test how watertight they are. Doing so voluntarily can be an uplifting, enlightening experience which can lead you on a different path of discovery and, in doing so, expose you to a whole World of thoughts and ideas.However, when you are forced to challenge what you once thought was the truth it can be a moment of confusion: such was my exposure to Oriel Collections.Before this encounter if you had asked me who were the worst offenders of poor customer service I would say, without any hesitation, Ryanair. An obvious choice but a solid option nevertheless.Bit sit down and take this in... Oriel are by far worse and I'm honestly astounded.My encounter(s) with Oriel was through no fault of my own but through the incompetence of Ovo Energy but I digress. When I was informed by Oriel that they were pursuing money owed by me to Ovo I sent the customer service team an email explaining - with evidence - why I did not and, in doing so, advised them.to contact their client to ascertain why they had been passed on false information.You would expect this to work and for that to be my last interaction with Oriel, wouldn't you? But, oh no, they kept calling and persistently harrasing not once calling their client and discussing the matter with them. (Maybe they can't afford the price of a call which is why they also persist pursuing money which isn't owed to them?)Anyway, several emails and calls later and I think they've realised that they've got as much chance of getting money out of me as Lily Allen has of winning an Oscar but you never know!

To everyone reading this. Please report the. To the FCA, Ombudsman and ICO. I have requested a GDPR subject access request with no response. They are sending threatening emails daily and impossible to get hold of via chat, phone or email. They need penalising by the relevant authorities for being such a disgrace

I don't want to award this company one star, but you can't leave a review without doing so. Never answer the phone, don't respond to the email form, no payment reference given when payment submitted online, fortunately took a photo of the payment on the screen with date etc. Awful; awful company. To the Owner - you should be ashamed!
