I am very disappointed with Hermes drop off. i sent a parcel to a friend in Leicester and i got an email it has been delivered . called my friend and she said she hasn't seen it only for me to check the email they sent they snap a picture of the parcel that was drop careless somewhere around her building. This the second time. The first first a friend got a mail that parcel has been delivered, till date we have not been able to locate that parcel and the content cost money who do i hold responsible for this. I am very disappointed. I will never use Hermes again.
