Went to Boots not Specsavers. Good choice of frames at excellent prices. Unlike Specsavers they did not break in the 1st 2 weeks. Friendly optician and really helpful staff in choosing frames and any extras you may need. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, always on time

Go here for my repeat prescription. Friendly staff. The only issue would be they close for 1 hour in the afternoon. It was 2 pm till 3pm when I was there so I assumed the same everyday. I got there last time at 2.05 pm. Oops

So helpful here. I was having issues ordering stuff online for my g/f - Xmas. Had to run here quickly while she was out. A staff member helped me get exactly what I was looking for quickly and was friendly

I was grateful to not be waiting in a long queue as usual. I think they might need more people by the front desk because everytime i come in here i have to wait for 20-30 Minutes.

Staff are lovely. Pharmacy waiting times are too long. Also, medicine counter has to be staffed by pharmacy trained personnel.Would be much better customer service if there were 2 stations at the pharmacy and more pharmacy trained staff to 'man' the medicine counter.There are always queues for these services and yet 'spare' staff on normal shop floor services.Please address these issues. They appear easily resolved. In the meantime there are bottlenecks in your service which is frustrating. Elderly and disabled members of the public are standing and waiting far too long for these essential pharmacy services.

Pharmacy staff polite and friendly however queues always too long.More staff required.

Tried to contact the pharmacy after 15 min of ringing they hung up absolutely shocking customer service very dissatisfied

Boots was very helpful in neath letting me have an emergency prescription. Which i was missing a box of my meds , Which I thank them for, very kind and nice , I wasn't with them for my repeats , but I am with them now only cause they said they deliver as its nearest to me . Thank you once again .I would have been in a panic if it wasn't for boots . And I m glad I brought my I'd just in case they would help thank you once again xx not so sure now daughter inlaw phoned up Where's my meds they say no one put in a request yes they did I phoned on the tenth and she asked what I needed no sign of delivery this month grrrr hopefully I get them by wensday
