You are absolutely the best, Veena! Your online communication is first-class. You arranged a time to come and take a skin test and stayed for as long as you needed to discuss appropriate colours. In the end, I let you choose what you thought would suit me, and I was so pleased that I did because I just love the result, and everyone has complimented me on the colour and classy cut.It can't have been easy for Veena to come to our house and negotiate my use of a wheelchair in a fearfully cluttered house. She did so with good grace and did not bat an eyelid when we came into the kitchen to wash my hair over a sink full of coffee grinds, coffee pot and mugs left by my husband. I was mortified, but she took it all in her stride. I was horrified twenty minutes later when poor Veena was stung by a wasp when cutting my hair.I hope that she will forgive us and want to return to give me a good cut and colour in six weeks' time! Next time we will be better organised, I promise.Thank you, Veena, for not only giving me a first-class service and making me feel so much better, but for being such a lovely lady too!

First time having veena . After my last hair cut was so so band I was worried getting it cut again but Veena was amazing she sorted out my hair without having to go short . And she was amazing with my daughter who has special needs which left me without getting a word in edge ways . Would recommend veena to anyone you are safe on her hands looking forward to next haircut .
