Swissmaid UK - Domestic Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning & Oven Cleaning

Hired Swissmaid for end of tenancy cleaning in Newbury after the tenants left it with dirty carpets and ovens. They guys were very professional, cleaned everything and it's looking as good as new. Friendly and polite and on time.

I used Swissmaid to clean our living room carpet that should of been cream. The children and the dog in and out of the house, turned it black !! Swissmaid came round and it's 100 % cream again!! Great service, reasonable price and great customer service. Highly recommended and will defentantly use them again.

I found them a complicated service with having to pay Swiss Maids monthly and the cleaner daily. Additionally the quality of the moving in deep" clean was poor (see photos below). Having used a cleaner or a cleaning service for years all over the world Swissmaid (UK) ranks as one of the worst.Also the cleaner kept over stating the hours she actually worked and when audited with our CCTV footage we noticed that she was working about half the time she was quoting as actually working. This included eating her lunch.When asked Swissmaid refused to reimburse their fees which are billed as a percentage of the cleaner's.Look elsewhere for a simpler
