Totally blown away with the exceptional level of service from this company. Called in (unannounced) on the Thursday, was shown the actual product in the worshop rather than those tiny samples, placed order there and then, was templated on the following Tuesday and Fitted on the Friday the same week. That’s just 8 days; we were struggling just to get an appointment with most companies in that timescale! The product is absolutely spot on (im not easily pleased) and the pricing well below what Howdens quoted us (as a trade customer) for a lower spec. Literally all the thing you hope for, but don’t always get, from a locally family run company. Exceptional in every way; five stars isn’t enough
