Great service! Paul is professional and friendly. Answered any questions we had and recommended where we could get replacement parts for our log burner which would save us money. No mess at all from clearing out the chimney and he left us with a certificate of work carried out. Highly recommend, we will be using this company for our chimney/log burner checks going forward. Paul has just swept our chimney the third year running, and he always does an excellent job - the carpets are sheeted from the door to the chimney, cleaning is efficient, he tests the CO alarm and does a smoke test in our wood burner and everything is left clean afterwards. Paul is very friendly and talkative also and his price is extremely reasonable. Would 100% recommend.

Spent an hour travelling home to meet this guy. He was early for the appointment and didn’t wait. Decided that as he couldn’t find somewhere to park close by then we would rebook the appointment. A total waste of my time. If I could award no stars and invoice him then I would. Avoid

Absolutely baffling experience. I spoke to Paul on arrival, confirming the lane we live on, having previously given full instructions on where to park. I watched him drive down the lane, turn, and then park immediately outside my house, where the door was wide open. I went outside and waved. He drove off a few minutes later. I texted, and he returned after fifteen minutes. Once again, I watched him turn the car, and then drive off. I've just received a series of messages telling me that time is money". No apology. I cancelled work to make the appointment. I would not advise you to use this service."
