Dr a T Askey - St Johns Medical Centre

This surgery is just wrong. The people. The staff. The one remaining decent doctor. Systems wrong. Its just all wrong and they should be very ashamed of themselves. One is no one listening to constant bad reviews for this surgery that kerp getting wiped clean.Reception staff and their systems have been wrong for years. Old ones corrupt the new ones when they come too. All wrong.

Since Dr Askey retired I have to say...awful. I felt bullied with my dad on end of life care. However they only go from the manor hosp..which gave my dad a death sentence aug 2020...my da d is still strong in 2023..I won't say drs cos they hadn't bothered only a call from Dr rowan bullying me in and end of life box...I feel that knowing a person is key..I don't believe that u should judge a person on notes alone..my dad only needs oxygen... is it right to deny someone of oxygen..no I think not .

I left a review of my personal experience of being a patient at this practice and how I've been treated since a car accident in December 2016 but it got removed..... If you're lucky you'll get poor care and that's a compliment.

If I had a choice I would not use this surgery. The docter are rude and the staff ask inappropriate questions at the desk

Verry good staff and doctors

Telephone service is a nightmare. Doctor call back is very hit and miss. Service since covid has seemed very neglectful. I know a few who already changed doctors

Nice staff, Helpful staff and caring.The Gents Toilets are the pits!.You have to touch a live switch with wet hands to turn on the water.Very poor.But great nice staff
