Worst experience ever. Would give 0 stars if could.Took my money for 2 lead Black Box batteries for my mobility scooter via Amazon. They didn't even have these batteries in stock, and are still advertising this product on Amazon.Phoned them as zero tracking info on Amazon and no batteries 12 days post purchase. Told batteries sent, but label often falls off at freight centre. They weren't sent at all as they sent email dated day of my purchase, saying they didnt have the batteries but could send an alternative. I never received this email. They lied saying I had been phoned; no phone call as we are here all day and there's an answerphone.Replacements promised via expedited delivery, arranged 10 days after original purchase. They never arrived either.Another phonecall from me to be told they'd not left N. Ireland as refused at airport and would take longer by land, so 2 weeks now from first order. Not acceptable, refund issued.Would not recommend, lied about having the product, lied about sending them, lied about phoning me, and still advertising on Amazon, another lie!Thank god for Electroquest who helped me to get my mobility scooter powered again and my legs back. They were truly amazing.I also missed an important calendar event due GC Battery Works failings and lies, so thank you for that too! I think this has definitely been THE worst experience I have ever had with online shopping and Amazon.
