Not been recently. Sales team couldn't sell anything, all they were interested in was £ xxx per month bla bla, couldn't, tell you how much a car cost , or how much interset charge was. Very difficult to try and BUY a car. Basically tell me the price £xx,xxx and I buy it.

Very poor service, very arrogant staff, I Will not go back there, which is ashame as I stay close to it.Now when I wish to service my car or get parts I have to go to their Newbridge centre, the staff there are helpful and friendly and know what they are doing.

One of the worst companies ever, customer service is shocking. Bought a used car from the fort Kinard branch. Constantly breaking down and in the garage every month or two for repairs. When they find an issue they try their best to charge you even if it's a warranty repair and never return your calls or texts. Cars currently in for repair, picked it up after I was told it was ready and they couldn't even get it to start. Another wasted journey. Called 48 hours ago to speak to my service advisor and was told they would call me back. 48 hours later and still not had a reply to my text or call... recommend not using ever
