I don't know how you could improve the experience as my experience was excellent from first time I went in, I first went for the arkanna but changed my mind at a later date and went for the Austral nothing was any bother to Bryan.

Very easy from booking right through to collection.I did ask for an update on maps but was told it wasn’t includedI’ve had the car from it been 2 years old and internet tells me a free map update should be included for cars up to 3 years old so I’m slightly disappointed about that.Other than that everything was great
