Amazing service and our driver Shazad couldn't have been more helpful.This company let us down at very short notice by another limo company so really appreciated their support last minute :)Really easy to deal with and couldn't have been happier with the service provided.Would recommend to others & use again ourselves.

I booked 2 cars with another company but some how these ended up doing my booking for my wedding. Both cars turned up early and the car I was in had to pull over twice for the grooms car to be ahead of us. We still ended up directly behind the grooms car and again had to wait leaving us late for are wedding ceremony. We was rushed by this company when having a photographs taken as we was told they had another booking to get to. The heating in one car didn’t work and when it finally did it smelt like it was burning to which all the windows had to be open (not good in December). The lights nor the music. Worked, no bows where on the brides car and the driver hit the breaks that hard that we all bumped into each other. He hit the curb 3 times whilst we were travelling. At our venue we had to wait 10 mins before we was let out because the other car got stuck going through the gates (although coaches never have a problem) this left us 15 mins past are estimated drop off time which was no fault on are part. We was then charged £175 extra for the 15 mins. This is my story in short as I could go on how unprofessional this company is. I have tried contacting both companies with no reply and now just found out the company I booked with dissolved in July 2023 (please note I booked my cars in August 2023 so make your own views on that) and that both company’s are run by the same people. I will never again book with these.

Amazing drive and driver. Jabbar was such a gentleman. Not only was he super friendly he also showed us the massage seats which was so needed after a long wedding. Honestly because of his service (and him loving my music playlist) I will definitely be hiring this car again in the future. Thank you!

I have never dealt with such unprofessional “cowboys” in my entire life. Absolute shambles, the whole process of reserving, hiring and aftercare. We reserved 4 cars with deposits and to be told on the day we won’t be getting one of the cars, and the car that is available is thousands more for hiring. As we were desperate we had no choice but to pay the extra and then to get hit with a 2k deposit extra to be paid on the day, which they did not refund back till days later as they were “busy”. Never again. unethical and unprofessional.

I have had a really good experience from oasis limousines, Jabbar was our chauffeur and he was a true gentleman he made the journey easy and comfortable from start to finish, his communication skills are excellent and has a great personality. He definitely deserves the recognition and in the future I know I will be asking for him if I ever need a chauffeur for any occasion.

We’ve hired limousine from here twice now and the first experience was good. However, I can’t say the same for the 2nd experience here’s why 1) the limousine came almost 30 mins late when he came to pick us up to take us to the venue meaning we were late. 2) the Bluetooth service was not great, hence, no music which put a damper on the journey ride and the seats were at very small and not clean 3) the driver was very unbothered and unprofessional 4) the driver once again was late to pick us up from the venue we were the last ones left at the venue because he came late and this time it was more than 30 mins. I had high hopes with the 2nd time I hired the limo Because the first time went well. Hopefully if we ever do book something from here again it turns out to be a better experience. Because the first time went well I’ve given them a 3 star rating.

I had a fantastic experience with Oasis Limousine. Our chauffeur was incredibly professional, making the entire journey comfortable and stress-free. Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend their services and would choose them again for any future occasions.

We hired a limousine for a wedding today. The service on the way was good and the driver was friendly and professional. Picked us up from home and took us to our venue without issue. However, the driver on the way back (bald guy) was absolutely awful. Must have been in a bad mood and was rude from the get go. Also, dropped us off 3 streets away from home as he took the wrong road even though we had advised a different route due to road works. He refused to take us where we needed to go and so we had to get out and walk!!! Absolutely terrible & really let the company down. Made lots of passive aggressive comments too! Will be unlikely to use this company in the future. Shame as the first driver was pleasant.

Jabbar and Faheed were both great chauffeurs for us and will ask for them again next time. They made my family feel at ease from start to finish and even though it was a later finish than expected they were very understanding and able to accomodate. Excellent customer service and both are a credit to oasis limousines highly recommended.
