A local gem, Steph and Lee are successful because they provide a caring and professional service. Businesses like this are key! They helped our elderly mum with her mobility scooter in the days leading up to Christmas to make sure mum had ‘her wheels’! Great service and dedication-thanks.

Could not recommend highly enough. Steph and Lee are wonderful people and whenever I’ve had an issue (mobility scooter repair wise) I’ve been able to get it in (collected, or repaired from my home) ASAP.This small business deserves supporting and I won’t go anywhere else.They sell so much in the way of disability aids, from limbos for broken limbs to mobility scooters. I have my scooter serviced with them too, and most recently had all four tires replaced (today) which was done even faster than expected.Thank you so much guys

Very helpful service. Despite covid the owners have been very cooperative and have been able to get parts which I have needed and completed work in a timely manner. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Wouldn't use anyone else. Thankyou Eltham Care and Mobility.

Excellent shop for care and mobility needs. very good and friendly service. Always very helpful and if they haven't got what you want they will order it for you... Only downside is you have to pay cash.

Didn't enjoy my experience with this shop, found them to be more about getting the money than meeting the customers needs.Expensive fee (£55 for an hours work) to receive a quote, that was told at the time would be deducted from final bill, only to find out it isn't refunded if they then cannot do the job quoted for so I lose out.Also communication is poor I had to make contact to find out why I hadn't heard from them regarding the installation, only to be informed that I wasn't on their system & Lee couldn't do the job following an unfortunate accident. Which I understand these things happen & is no ones fault, but they have no back up in place like another member of staff who could carry out the job.Being a carer is stressful enough I needed these rails fitted asap for my parents safety & had already wasted 4wks of not being informed of the situation.It was only after I complained that they suggested alternatives like using their quote & getting someone else to do the job.... what a hassle.For me the whole experience has been a waste of time & money :(

Eltham care and mobility are the best local shop around they are well stocked, nothing is to much trouble for them, they go out of their way to make sure their supplies are exactly what you want and they are always happy to show you new ideas which can improve your daily needs for your mobility with no pressure, thank you

Old fashioned customer service combined with a ‘can do’ approach. I’m delighted with the way my scooter was picked up, totally repaired after being left outside for over 12 months and returned to me looking and performing well. Service was second to none and I can highly recommend this business

I bought a secondhand wheelchair after a nasty accident that had left me unable to walk. The lady I spoke to from the shop was so helpful and polite. She (I don't know her name sorry) went out of her way to personally deliver it to me as they had no drivers and as my daughter and husband do not drive would of been difficult to collect. I really can't thank her enough. She made a person who has had all independence taken away at present very emotional with her kindness ❤️ Highly recommended this shop my wheelchair is clean and perfect and the service I received 1st class x

Popped in here for some parts for my dad's mobility scooter.I was more than happy with the customer service that I received from the guy that served me and very helpfully gave me A-class advice on how to change the part that I required which in turn made the DIY replacement very easy.Thank you for the unexpected advice, it is really nice to know that some businesses do actually care about their customers, I will return when needed.
