Doleq Carpets

I have been a doleq customer for 25 years. This is a carpet factory outlet with a great selection of carpets for all tastes and prices. I think the cheapest was approximately £5.99 a sq m. I made an appointment for Anthony to visit property to measure stairs, landing, bedrooms etc. The stairs was measured to provide different fitting styles including a runner style fitted carpet. Then carpets selected based on trends, colour and advice from Anthony such as a shorter pile carpet on the stairs. There is a good selection of carpets in store around the walls and on carousels in prices per yard and metre. Quotes can be done to calculate prices and fitting of carpets and underlay. Absolutely brilliant service. After a bad experience with a previous carpet company, I was really anxious about getting the last few carpets fitted in our house. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were great at staying in touch throughout the whole time from booking to fitting. The fitters were very clean and tidy and left minimal mess. Really impressed with their service, prices and staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

What an amazing local company. After recently being let down by someone to do our flooring we looked for a local company and found doleq on our doorstep. We rang and spoke to Anthony who advised on fitters and supplied telephone numbers to help . He also said Linda was very knowledgeable about LVT and to have a chat with her. We called up to the shop to have a look around . Linda was Fantastic, she really knew her stuff and advised on different brands, styles and colours. Showed us samples, brochures and didn't pressure us . Needless to say we knew we wanted to support local businesses and have this company do our flooring.. The work carried out by Doleqs fitters Dai and Dan completed blew us away. The craftsmanship that went in to fitting our herringbone floor was outstanding. We had no idea it was going to look so good. They put feature straps and borders in. The attention to detail was stunning. These guys arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and and we now find ourselves wanting more work done by them. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now.

This place is a pure hidden gem , had the best easy plain sailing experience from start to finish. The fitting is outstanding and they are genuine pleasant hardworking lads. I will not go anywhere else from now on and the wife is also in agreement. Was assisted by a respectful young man named Joel , was a pleasure to meet you Joel and I will be sure to see you again. Excellent well run local company. Very reasonably priced carpet from most of the big carpet manufacturers. Good selection of ranges and colours. Shop Locally.

On Saturday went to the Unit in Brynmawr and picked a carpet. Arranged for a date for someone to come and measure the room which was today. I waited in until 3 o'clock no-one came. So I phoned the shop and the man told me he would come at 5 o'clock. Didn't arrive. Very disappointed so going elsewhere.
