Bank Park - Montrose Crescent Car Park

I experienced a fraudulent conduct by this parking place so want to warn you before you arrive. In my case they send a fine charge of 60 GBP (!) ignoring the fact that the parking was prepaid in advance !!! caused me to pay 100 GBP to the rental car agency because of this. I noticed similar complaint/s and therefore assume it is a common practice taken by this venue and not an accidental mistake. Be cautions before you decide to arrive and order !!

Headed to this car park 1500 on Saturday, only to find out it’s CLOSED.The information are completely inaccurate! Please update to avoid disappointing other drivers.

Got to the car park and no spaces left even though had booked, rung for help and was told they couldn’t magic a parking spot.. didn’t really expect them to do so just wanted the one we had pre booked to go to an event at Wembley. Very disappointed by the experience and the customer service that followed.

Zero starCon artists and scam. They charge parking fee and issue penalties even after paying parking fee. Arrogant to even decline request to cancel penalty even thought their machine was faulty. CrooksThere is no help despite your reply here.WHY DO WE NEED TO PAY PARKING PENALTY OVER & ABOVE THE PARKING FEE ALREADY PAID AS DISPLAYED BY YOUR MACHINE. PROOF OF PAYMENT ALREADY PROVIDED.WHY ARE WE RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR MACHINE IS FAULTY AND IF IT SHOWED INCORRECT CHARGE?WHAT IS THE BASIS OF YOUR BULLYING? CAN WE ALSO CLAIM FOR LOSS OF ITEMS FROM OUR CAR WHILE BEING PARKED FROM YOU AS THEFT?FED UP OF SUCH SCAMS!!!!!

Zero star ⭐️ not sure why i didn’t read the reviews before parking here . Please this Scam and cons need to be addressed. From the reviews its looks like hundreds of people have been scammed their money and not sure if anything is being done . Action must be taken . A word to wise is sufficient. DONT GO HERE . BEWARE WHETHER YOU PAY OR NOT THEY WILL STILL SCAM YOU .

A little more expensive than you'd hope.But safe, secure and clean.Convenient for Wembley High Road.20 minute walk to the stadium I'd reckon.

Amazing car park in Wembley area.

Absolutely perfect. Spaces for EV charging. Went to the area for a bit of shopping. Easy parking. Even easier to pay using Hozah. Very secure. Will definitely use again if in the area.
