Well priced cars… for a reason!- initially our experience was great. They boast friendly, non pushy sales staff and a large range of cars to choose from all at a reasonable price- the aftercare once the vehicle had been reserved was beyond poor- we were told scratches would be polished out, paint would be redone, full valet etc. came to collect the car and it was in the same condition and only 14 miles worth of petrol! what a joke!- there was also a missing parcel shelf on collection which they did replace but only because I had taken screenshots of the original listing as proof- had to return with the car a 2nd time and promised the job would be completed within a few days. Got a call on the day of collection to say there was an issue and it could no longer be collected, great.- had to wait a further week to collect the car. Again we were promised a full valet of the car and more petrol to account for driving back and forth and inconvenience- finally collected the car yesterday- given the paint/body work had been done but the car was still dirty on the inside AND less petrol in the car than what we had left it with- when this was brought up, the staff member handed us a £10 note and told us to fuel the car ourselves!- absolute shambles if you ask me. Do the bare minimum once the car is sold/ the money is paid and little care is taken into making sure things are up to standard. having bought cars elsewhere in the past, the standard here is a lot lower and I think the low prices reflect that so proceed with caution

Jak and the team went above and beyond for me after finding a few things that can be missed with the golf I purchased. They were patient, not pushy and a relaxed service all round. I am extremely grateful for everything done for us and not had an issue with the car on the run back up to Scotland.Thank you very much guys.

Great experienceI can’t fault my experience with Nuneaton car sales, I recently purchased a Ford S-max. I travelled over 2 hours via train to view the car, was very happy with the car itself and the customer service from Charlotte.S, drove away happy with my new car. Around 7-10 days later a fault light came on and I called the garage and advised them, I was told I needed to bring the car back for them to look and rectify the problem. I brought the car back and it was fixed and sorted within a few hours. I had a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use the garage again or recommend to someone looking for a new car.

I had a fantastic experience at this car dealership a couple of weeks ago. The VW Tiguan I purchased drives like a dream and was in great condition minus a couple of minor surface scratches. The team were happy to get the scratches buffed out for me before I purchased the car but I needed the car for a work trip urgently hence I didn’t have time to do this. I spoke to the manager, Tony, who was kind enough to let me book the car into the body shop after my trip to buff out the scratches.I had such a relaxing purchasing experience, Dan was really patient with us, explained everything to a T! He answered all of our questions and gave us so much great advice for free!However, I really want to express my gratitude to Clinton for all his efforts in making this entire process so smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I looked at the car to purchasing it to even the aftercare; he demonstrated extreme professionalism, friendly and effective customer service. Really great service!! Felt very welcomed by Clinton upon arrival, no pushy sales techniques. The finance manager Dan made me feel at ease and spent time talking me through the finance process. Ivan was very pleasant in the final handover when I picked up the car. Overall wholesome and trustworthy experience.
