Rented from clifton rentals for 12 months. Great agent, any issues were sorted super quick (even at weekends) without any problems or questions. Can not recommend more!

From first viewing we have received excellent service from the team. Ophelia has been extremely communicative and all maintenance problems have been actions asap. We have handed our notice in on our property, and gone through the exit process today. Amy handled this and was extremely efficient and did the check out process quickly and updated ASAP as she new we were eager to get out deposit back as we are leaving the county. As long as the final part of exit process goes as smoothly as the rest of our time here and we get out deposit back in full, we will definitely be using Clifton Rentals again. 10/10 would recommend.Bonus : they have an office dog!

Lived in a Clifton flat since 2017, all the issues I had were solved asap, agency not too involved and it was perfect for a working professional. Made few good friends in that flat too!

My daughter and her friends had atruly terrible experience with these people.As she said; How can you tell clifton rentals are lying? Their lips move.In answer to the owners response: Yes, I do have the right company. And no, there is no way in light of the experience she suffered, that a young girl is going to contact you. It's probably something best left to the solicitor or the police.

I rented with Clifton Rentals Limited for nearly two years. I had a very good experience renting with them. The property I rented was very nice and in good condition. The staff were always friendly, quick to respond, and professional.

As a landlord, I cannot recommend Clifton Rentals more highly. I have worked with Clifton Rentals/BSL for the last 15 years and Craig and his team have been fantastic: friendly, reliable, efficient and excellent value for money. Any problems have been dealt with promptly and communication has been spot on. Whether looking after professionals or students, they have ensured that our properties have been well maintained and presented to a high standard and that our tenants have been treated with respect and that issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. They have an amazing combination of arrogance and low intelligence. Say the first stupid thing that comes into their heads just to fob you off. Very slippery and untrustworthy. The head maintenance guy is a particularly nasty piece of work.

I used Clifton Rentals to manage the letting of my flat when I moved cities, I've just moved back in...10 years later!...and their service in all that time has been excellent.
