Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.Had a problem with my ML320 whilst on holiday and Ian managed to squeeze it in in between jobs for a diagnostic check, which pointed toward turbo problems. Unfortunately I couldn't leave it for repair as I am only here for a few days but Ian and Annette were extremely helpful and gave me all the info and contacts I needed to get my car fixed when I get home. Would definitely call on them again if in need when back in Devon.

I cannot thank Ian, Annette and the team enough for the quality of the work and service but also their time, effort and kindness at very short notice. In a bit of a sticky spot after breaking down on holiday, they were not only kind enough to take a look my car but also worked overtime and moved things around to get me on the road again within 48 hours. The knowledge Ian possesses around Mercedes cars is high class as well has his workmanship.I will be forever grateful to them and the team and could not recommend them highly enough

First service I've had done outside of a main dealership since owning my Merc, Ian and Annette did not disappoint. In my opinion they offered a service above and beyond that of a main dealership with a friendly local honest and quality service. would highly recommend taking any Mercedes here. Ian has a wealth of experience with over 24 years working with Mercedes. They are candid with there findings and prices (which are much more fairly priced than the main dealership)

Both my Smart car ignition keys had worn buttons, held in with sellotape. Merc Serv replaced both for me using original manufacturer's parts promptly and at a minimal cost. Will certainly be going back there if needed in future.

Have used Merc Service Centre 3 times and will use again.Ian and Annette have always been very helpful, and if possible, fitted me in at short notice.Always upfront about what needs doing and what it will cost before starting any work. Not the cheapest but will always use genuine parts and have never been disappointed.

This is the first time that I have used Merc Service SW Ltd and it will not be the last. Excellent family run business who took time to listen and explained what would be completed in the service. Ian has over 24 years experience and it shows ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone owning a Mercedes, they are so much better than the main dealership, better value and customer service.

Fantastic service!!* I brought my C Class to Ian with a steering knock at a late notice and he diagnosed, ordered the item and booked my car in within moments. No fuss, no added extras or delays. On the day of the booking I left the car with them and was amazed at how many stores are in the area. By the time I had a walk around and sat in Costa the car was ready. Very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend.
