Needed two new front tyres. Called them at 17:00 on a Monday, booked in for next day at 11:00 - I was out by 11:20 with a “thanks for being so patient”. Unnecessary, as it was the shortest amount of time I’ve ever spent in a tyre place.Also the price I was quoted for two brand new premium tyres, fully fitted, I think was unbeatable. Certainly in our local area. Put it this way - You’d pay a similar price elsewhere for medium or budget-end tyres. Combined with the speed of the service it’s a steal.

Speedy, professional service and I felt that my car was handled by experts. Really easy to book online, 2 cracked tyres swapped and brakes checked for no extra fee. All completed within 30 minutes as well. I'll be coming back in the future.

Excellent service from the two guys at Stourbridge Just Tyres on Tuesday 30th November....two front tyres removed, replaced and refitted within 14 minutes.... on my Kia Ceed , will use again for sure. Top guys.... thank you. !!

This review is probably more meaningful than other reviews. Let me explain, this is an experience when things don't go well, but that shows more about the business than when things go right. There was a bit of a mix up, and the guys at Just tyres stepped up and went the extra mile. That is good customer service, not trying to get out of it, just an apology and rectified the problem. So I am impressed with Just Tyres, this level of service is sadly unusual, but if you need tyres and want to feel confident that if anything goes wrong, they will help.

Went here to get a puncture repaired but was too close to side wall so needed new tyre. Tyre not in stock but kindly offered to put the spare tyre on for me. Bought from here before and service was always good. Will definitely go back there again.Update 07/09/23:Just Tyres were the best price for my tyres. The 2 chaps who dealt with fitting my 2 tyres were great. Helpful and friendly.Highly recommended.
