Worst MCdonalds I've ever been too , poor customer service delays and waits on everything , management shouting for whereabouts on staff poor poor front of house for McDonald's , staff are stepping over and working in poor environments

2:52 in the morning drive through was waiting nearly 20 minutes and staffs was just laughing and playing instead of given us the food no manegment

Busy and service is very slow today not enough staff for foot fall let's hope the foods hot and good.The just eat and deliveroo drivers need to learn manner shoving there way through and think they have a right to get served before other customers. The ignorant driver are the ones who park in disabled parking or in front of walk way. While we were drinking my coffee not in a disabled space we had seen several just eat park up in disabled spots one brought more food in 3 big bags not in a warm bag put it on the fron seat of car and sat 15 mins then drove of with all windows fully Open, the first few orders would be nice and cool. Let's hope they like cold food

Ordered through uber. Both burger meals had fries missing. The mc spicy burger was hard it was like it been cooked an hour before. Spent 35 quid and feel ripped off. None of us 4 liked it. Also all cold drinks sold.out

Thank you, thank you so much to the management and staff at this McDonald's. You have truly helped me kick my McDonald's habit. Having suffered your terrible service, cold food, and constant incompetence in regards to remembering my order, I am delighted to say that I don't think I'll ever touch this McDonald's or any McDonald's again. It's wonderful. Every time I feel like having a McDonald's, all I have to do is remember just how terrible this place is, how terrible the hygiene is, how the staff don't wear hair nets, how they handle food as it comes out of the preparation area with dirty hands, having just handled registers and other things which I noticed the last time I was there. Thank you all so much for doing such a terrible job and making sure that I don't eat McDonald's anymore. Thank you.

The venue felt clogged with people, not particularly clean, and the food quality was not very good. The staff seemed absent, did not look particularly happy, and the overall atmosphere was a bit down. Of course, there are good and bad days, but this visit won’t warrant a second one.

McDonald's gets worse every time I go. I called in here at the early hours the other morning. Everyone had to wait ages for their orders. Clearly they were understaffed. When I finally did receive my food it wasn't up to scratch. The burgers were flat cold. The fries were piping hot, but they tasted funny, when was the oil last changed or when were the fryers last cleaned I wonder. Or was it the potatoes?

I was waiting so long I started searching the surrounding areas for the live cattle they must have, as it seems to me like they slaughter the animals to order. I was in there so long I come out and the season had changed. The staff who had their earphones in spent 90% of the time on their phones or looking at the food waiting for it to cook itself. They were out of burgers, ice and half of the milkshakes. Next time I’ll buy a calf, raise it, milk it, kill it and make my own burger and milkshake. It will be quicker that way
