Husband said the staff have social distancing down to a t. Its the best place he's been into to collect stuff. He said the staff are all really friendly and the click and collect service works really well.

I have always found all Screwfix branches great value for money and have some great deals. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable and there if you need advice or assistance.I usually purchase paint from Screwfix as it's cheaper than Brewers Dulux decorating stores. Good work Screwfix

Normally use the Stratford upon Avon store but this Redditch store had more of the products that I wanted. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and products are normally of good quality as decent prices

Had a text stating your order will be ready shortly so made a trip to the store only to be told I would have to wait untill the following day. I wouldn't have made the trip if the txt had said it would be the next day so be aware and watch this.

The wait times always seem too long here even if you are just collecting a web order. I've even seen other traders walk out after ten minutes of not getting their order.In addition, on this particular visit I believe they were unable to process card transactions due to a technical fault.

Not a great experience today. Despite there being no other customers in store other than 1 person being served, the guy waiting behind the counter wouldn’t take my order or serve me without me downloading the app. I didn’t have time to mess about, so left frustrated. I can’t understand why I couldn’t just be served.
