I was lucky enough to spend the whole of last week training in oven cleaning with Ryan at The Oven & Carpet Cleaning Company. I was a little bit nervous at first but Ryan's in depth knowledge and professionalism helped me learn the skills required to carry out all the work on my own and help run my own business. All areas I needed experience and understanding in were covered, including how to carry out the job from start to finish, how to deal with customers and manage appointment making, how to start up the business, health & safety, tools, materials and Products and also back end management of accounts, stock and waste management. We covered so much in a week I couldn't possibly mention it all here, but after my training I felt confident and assured that I can take that leap into self employment and become a professional oven cleaner.
