I never received my parcel, the delivery driver didn’t even attempt to deliver both times. I know this because I was working from home all day. I was not contacted or given any option on what to do next and before I could call and ask for help my parcel was already on its way back to the sender. Not happy at all with the service

They take a photo of the label and post it as proof of attempted delivery then claim I wasn’t in, despite me sitting by the front door all day, and having a ring doorbell showing no one came. i despise this company with a passion. Unfortunately many local businesses use them.Complain to your local businesses and hopefully if they get enough complaints they will switch to another logistics provider. If this company went bankrupt tomorrow I’d pop open a bottle of champagne.

Terrible experience with this company from their driver , Les. First delivery rang bell, didn't wait for me to get to the door and went. Second delivery rang bell, I caught him just as he was about to go. I asked why he didn't wait for me either time and his response was do you want me to take it away again?" I refused to sign for the parcel because I had no idea of the condition of the electrical contents as I'd seen him just throw it back into the van. The tracking shows that it was signed for which it was not. One star is too much

Awful service, driver Andy couldn't be bothered to try the door and left an unnamed note at an apartment block, I was lucky to receive the note. website is also setup so there is no way to get customer service leave feedback etc.

Got an email stating day and date for delivery. 1300 comes and goes so I ring the office only to be told ( eventually ) that my parcel had been stolen in a warehouse robbery over the weekend. There was nothing they could do about it and I should contact my supplier!!! Nobody in the office had the decency to contact me to tell me. They knew there were items missing because an office lady told me what had happened. BE VERY AWARE!!! Yes it is a true story and you couldn't make it up!!!!MINUS 10 STARS IF I COULD.

I have tested all the delivery companies in the area and this one has proven to be the best. I ordered from ASOS and the guys delivered within the 1-hour window given many times. 10/10 would use again!

should have left it (parcel).in porch on Friday. Instead took it away .online said open Sat .no.Delivered on Mon left in porch .BRING BACK THE ROYAL MAIL. have to give it one star because they managed to match address on parcel to my home WELL DONE

Really disappointed. Opted to collect a Christmas present from the delivery depot between 6 and 7pm on Christmas eve only to find everyone had left by 6.45pm. If you're going to leave early please change your digital system to stop offering these slots!

We have had really poor deliveries from you. Texts stating parcels will be delivered then nothing turns up. Had a one hour delivery time text message today. Again no delivery and a message stating that our address could not be found! This Company is totally unable to deliver on the date and time.

Very easy to miss the place as the post code is way way out by about half a mile. While asking for direction from locals, it became apparent that many other people have been trying to find this place as their sat navigation has taken them to a wrong location. Even when you get to right location, estate then the direction to reception/ collection for DPD is not very obvious. Not impressed.
