Well, all l can say is 100% satisfied. We had excellent service and customer care. The staff we delt with , Keiron, Ian and the Branch manager where all helpful and very efficient. Everything was delt with quickly and easily. We had a minor issue after purchase which has been addressed without any problems. We would highly recommend Arnold Clark Morecambe, we felt comfortable, well looked after and not pressured at all with our purchase. A very satisfied costomer.

After browsing the wide selection of cars via the Arnold Clark website, I found the perfect car for me. After being put in touch with Ric at the Morecambe Branch, I felt instantly at ease, buying a car can be stressful process but Ric was fantastic, not at all pushy & had answers to all my questions. Ric passed me over to Iain from the sales team who was brilliant, talked me through the process & was clear with how things worked. Within a few minutes Jeremy sent through a personalised video of the car which looked amazing, the video was extremely informative & gave me the opportunity to see the car without having to step foot in the branch. I already knew the car I wanted & the videos only confirmed that this was the car for me. I want to say a massive thanks the Ric, Iain & Jeremy for making this such an effortless process. I cannot thank you enough. On receiving the car at my local branch, it by far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the team to anyone.

Found our perfect car for a great price, spoke to Chris who was so accommodating and laid back - he made the whole process so enjoyable! We've really shopped around and met loads of car sales people who have put us off by being too pushy. Chris wasn't like that at all. He let us know that we could change our minds at any time, talked us through the process clearly and was also just a nice guy which always helps.Our second car from Arnold Clark, can't see us going anywhere else now!

Recently bought a car from here. Great service from Iain. I couldn’t view the car as lived 50 miles away so videos were sent and just picked it up from click and collect. Smooth service all the way through. would recommend!!

Clean and tidy showroom and outdoor display area. Helpful staff but quite pushy! A big turn off for me. One of the guys showed me a £20k car even though my budget was £12k and when I told him that wasn't going to work he said we'll see". I had four phone calls and an email within 3 hours of leaving the showroom. It's a shame as there were some good cars to look at."
