These guys are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I've dealt with David mostly and he really cares about getting the problem fixed. I can't recommend Fix Your Cycle enough.

I would definitely highly recommend this place! I took my Ridley carbon gravel bike in for servicing as it was due for servicing and had a creaking bottom bracket. At first contact, they already explained to me in detail the possible issues with bottom brackets and how they work generally. They seemed very passionate and knowleadgeable about bixes and were happy to explain things to me. They did an excellent job servicing the bike and fixing the bottom bracket issue in a very timely manner so that I could still go on a bike trip the following weekend. Any issues that came up they were very responsive in contacting me, which was much appreciated. The prices were reasonable too, overall very happy!

Took my Mycle Cargo in for a service and spoke repair. The team was easy to reach deal with and seemed very knowledgeable. Good prices and they're good at working with Mycle on warranty issues.If you're arriving early in the morning (before they put the sign out) look out for a door that looks like it's part of Elephant Stores.

I love this place, the best cycle repair shop in London! I've used them multiple times for servicing and for fitting upgrades to my bike. A lovely, professional and passionate group of mechanics, that explain in detail any issues and potential fixes. I've even brought my bike in for small issues and they've fixed them on the spot FOC - really cannot recommend more highly!

Kind, speedy, high-quality, great price - don't think it gets better than this. I've gone twice, once to get my chain fixed, and another to get my saddle reattached and brakes changed. Both times Tomas helped me, and was exceptionally kind, helpful, and speedy.

Top marks for impeccable mechanics, honest service, quality parts, fair prices with no surprises, great communication, and the most welcoming, friendly and professional service.My bike felt as new, in fact better than, after I had it serviced last year by Fix Your Cycle (Elephant). I had watched them work while having a drink at Little Louie, in their cool shared space, and was convinced to bring them my bike by how focused and diligent they clearly were. They charged me such a fair price for the work they did: I left my bike, they called me, said the work needed would be covered by their Silver Service only + a new wheel . This is after I had been ripped off by another place in East London, that had returned my bike dirtier, unfixed (with an undetected broken axle) and unserviced despite charging me for their gold service + extra for parts they had never changed but had lied about. I was unwell and busy at the time, so they got away with it, and this discouraged me from cycling for months. The amazing chaps at Fix Your Cycle sorted it all, the bike perfectly set to the sweet spot for gears and brakes, and have totally rekindled my love of cycling and my faith in bike mechanics. This time round, no hesitation, we took 2 bikes to them, with corroded derailleurs (from winter road salt neglect...). Knowing we were preparing for a coastal ride at short notice, they were actually waiting for us yesterday morning and got cracking as soon as we delivered our bikes to them! Just got the bikes back and they are a delight to ride.
