I had an appointment here today for a hot stone massage with ceryl. I have never been to the salon before, I was very pleasantly surprised. The massage was so relaxing . The salon is beautiful with friendly, welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend and I shal be returning.

I came to Elexa Elegance Beauty for Gel nails with Cheryl. It is the best gel manicure I have had anywhere. Such a large choice of colours, more than any salon I've been to. All vegan friendly too.The staff here are very welcoming, friendly, chatty and make you very welcome. The salon is decorated beautifully and most importantly its extremely clean. I highly recommend this salon. My gel nails lasted me almost 4 weeks which never happens with my job. Very pleased.

Aromatherapy full body massage with Chloe was relaxing but treatment room & towels were cold.Everywhere else I've had a massage has always provided a class of water to drink to rehydrate before leaving.Edit: Chloe knew the room was cold as she apologised about it. Not my job to tell you to heat the towels - this has always been done as a matter of course when I’ve had massages elsewhere. Same re drink of water at end of session.

3 of us have tried to use their services but it’s all just to unreliable between the 3 of us there’s been in excess of 10 cancellations / reschedules of appointmentsNow we have given up and won’t try again.

Got acrylic nail infills with Chloe and they were awesome! Really love them. Chloe was super lovely to chat with too which is always great during a nail appointment. Salon was nice and clean with a lovely vibe. Will definitely be going back!
