Used this company for a couple of upgrades for my Dad. Service was outstanding from initial phone call to job completion. Competitive quote, really friendly and helpful all the way through. The fitter even stayed for a cup of tea and a chat once he was finished! I was so pleased with everything, they went above and beyond. Would recommend to everyone.

Used for both installation and maintenance works - a professional outfit working to the highest standards. Although a well-established business, they work with a ‘customer first’ small business mindset. 5 stars.

We had a faulty heating system, and CN Plumbing came in to replace it, they did a really professional job, kept us abreast of the progress, in terms of the new Air Source heat pump on order, and when the work was likely to start. Installed the system on time, and followed up with an educational time informing us of how everything works. Then were very helpful with our application for government grant. All done in a friendly and understanding manner. Having has several bad experiences with Plumbers we were seriously impressed by CN Plumbing and would not hesitate in recommending them.

The service from Chris and his team was excellent. They were always on time, efficient and tidy. The guys were friendly and always happy to explain what they were doing. They went above and beyond to leave us with neat pipework ready for our new bathroom. Given how great their service was for our heating installation, we hope they’ll be able to do the plumbing for that too.

We had a new air source heating system installed in 2019/20. After Sales Service is probably the most important aspect of any heating installation and this does not become important until you have an issue.We were recently let down by our system, had no heating (since April - now early Nov), and a family member was due back from hospital. The manufacturer did not get the parts to us in time and so the CN renewables team - Rylan, Dave, Freddie - stepped in and went above and beyond to help us out.Rylan made countless visits and calls to the manufacturer to diagnose the issues. He was super proactive, checking in after hours to make sure we were moving forward with troubleshooting and eventually sourced a part and fitted just in time. We are very grateful.Prior to this particular issue, other team members Nigel (N) & Chris (C) have always been there to help and sort issues.This is what customers want from their installer. Great service, friendly and professional. We called CN Plumbing at about 10.30am for an emergency to do with an outside tap. Josh arrived within half an hour and instantly got to work to fix the problem. It was a boiling hot day and he just got on with it. Work was completed tidily and efficiently. Thanks Josh and Jak!

Bad experience beginning to end. Leaks, holes left in masonry, bath fitted incorrectly, sink fitted incorrectly, moved a tank into the loft to make space in cupboard which was then filled with new kit, inconsitent staff meant that the next CN employee complained about the incompetence of the last CN employee. Finally got it all sorted (apart from the cupboard) but with so much time lost with back and forth we would have saved by going elsewhere.
