Extremely awful experience. They overcharged me for cheap rubbish quality Viynl. First they got my room sizing incorrect and charged me for a new sizing, when it was their fault? I was told to buy the more expensive vinyl so it won’t tear or ruin, but this vinyl ruined within the first few days. He did not even use enough glue to stick it down and now my floor moves and has bubbles in it. The vinyl is so bad quality that even just the chair moving on it creates dents and cuts. Absolutely rubbish & a rip off. I am a student and I explain how I do not have a lot of money for this, but was made to pay a lot for such rubbish quality flooring in my room. When I tried to reach out I have been completely ignored for 4 months. He tried to call me twice when I was at a family gathering, but refused to message me? When I called back I got no answer. Extremely upset and disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE.
