Andy from East Midlands Caravan Services carried out a thorough service on our caravan. On inspection there was an issue with the fridge door, which he repaired at no extra cost. Very efficient, friendly & helpful, answering any questions we had. Will definitely be booking for next year.

We run a small fleet of motorhomes that we hire out. On many occasions Andy has gone above and beyond to help us fix problems with the vans so we don't have to let customers down. Very professional and highly knowledgeable guy. Andy also does all our gas and habitation checks. Great value and great service. Highly recommend dealing with this company.

Comes out to us and carries out habitation checks and damp reports keeping up with our manufacturers warranty. Cheaper than any dealer we have previously used and hassle free with him being mobile. Due to some less than brilliant experiences at main dealers for the aftercare of caravans and cars I decided to use East Midlands caravan servicing for my caravan annual service. They were independent mobile, local and all the reviews looked excellent apart from a couple. I’ve got to say how pleased I am I chose them. Andy was absolutely first class, from his manner, knowledge and professionalism to suggestions about other caravan and camper van tips, I can’t see I could ever get a better service. It was brilliant being able to see the amount of work going into the service, the detail and care that was taken. This was thorough beyond what I’d expected and really in depth. I would highly recommend Andy, he genuinely takes real pride and care in what he does and is a real source of information and advice. Thanks Andy for a real quality service at a very reasonable cost. If like me you were a little unsure who to chose for your next caravan service, I hope this makes the choice easier for you to make.

We have personally used Andy for several years and his knowledge, passion and service are amazing. When we ran a campsite he was also our number one person to call and he has never let us down. Andy’s only problem is that he has become so popular that we have to wait a bit longer to book him but, it is worth it!

Terrible service.Andy decided to replace a water pump with a higher pressure one. Not at our request.. but because he thought it'd be better... without changing any of the fittings to meet the standard.Subsequently the motorhome has had a slow leak for over a month and has cost 100s in replacement parts let alone the potential damage to the base of the vehicle.Ironically he's suddenly become very hard to contact and is refusing to answer any messages.In my opinion = Poor knowledge. Shoddy workmanship. Terrible attitude.Utter rubbish.Avoid at all costs.

Andy came out at very short notice to look at our Autosleeper fridge.. Very professional and a really nice guy who is extremely knowledgeable..I would highly recommend Andy for motorhome and caravan service...Ray & Linda ,

Andy has just carried out a habitation service on my motorhome. I was very happy with what was done. Andy let me watch him whilst he was doing the service, he showed me everything from how the fridge operated to how he checked for damp. All in all a great guy . I would recommend him to anyone.
